1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the vd baji platform and all related services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full.

vd baji reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Users are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. If you have any questions or disagreements, you may contact our support team directly.

2. Eligibility and Age Limit

All casino and betting activities on vd baji are strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

Providing a correct date of birth at registration is mandatory. vd baji may request proof of age at any time. If the documentation is not satisfactory, the right to suspend or close the account is reserved.

Users must ensure that accessing online betting or gaming services from their country or region is their own responsibility. Compliance with the laws of the user's own jurisdiction is entirely the user's responsibility.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of account verification, vd baji may request copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-recognised documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep login credentials (username and password) confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone else. If unauthorised access is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately. The user is responsible for all activity on their account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

vd baji currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank are supported.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes

All deposit and withdrawal requests go through a verification process. In the case of unusual or suspicious activity, vd baji may take additional verification steps and hold withdrawals if necessary. Deposit and withdrawal details must always be entered correctly — vd baji will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number.

Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are prohibited. Withdrawals will generally be processed through the same method used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn (wagering requirement). For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

Various promotional offers are available, including weekly reload rewards, a cricket bonus, birthday gifts, a refer-a-friend bonus, and a weekend slot festival bonus. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and minimum deposit — full details are available on each offer's page.

5.3 Bonus Rules

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended. vd baji reserves the right to modify any promotion without notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet or game session has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error or other exceptional circumstance is proven. If a result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, vd baji reserves the right to determine the correct result.

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. However, for multi-bets combining several events, refund conditions may differ. For more details on odds and payouts, see our FAQ page.

If suspicious activity, use of bots, exploitation of system errors, or any other dishonest method is proven in relation to a game or bet result, all associated winnings will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

vd baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registration using false or incomplete information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraud
• Financial transactions through third parties
• Use of unauthorised software or bots
• Money laundering or other illegal activity
• Failure to verify age or identity

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, any remaining valid balance will be returned after any ongoing wagering requirements and verification are completed.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy

All casino and betting activities are for 21+ only. Betting is entertainment — not a way to earn income. You should stop chasing losses in the hope of recovering money already lost.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Full details of how personal data is collected, stored, and used are provided in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, the user also consents to that policy.

vd baji uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect user data. However, zero-risk transmission of data over the internet cannot be guaranteed — users acknowledge this when using the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the vd baji platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the intellectual property of vd baji or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any such content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-party game software (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others) is covered by their respective intellectual property rights — vd baji uses them solely as a service provider.

11. Limitation of Liability

vd baji accepts no liability for the following:

• Service interruptions caused by internet or network outages
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services
• Cancellation or suspension of events or games due to external causes
• Loss caused by the user's own lack of knowledge or negligence

In all circumstances, vd baji's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12. Changes and Amendments

vd baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users via their registered contact details. However, it is the user's responsibility to check the Terms regularly.

Accessing or continuing to use the platform after amended Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you object to any change, please stop using the platform and request account closure.
